Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JANENE Mobile Beauty Services. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment. By booking a service, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Bookings 

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking via our website. 

  • A minimum spend of £35 is required for each appointment. 

  • Services are available in Warkworth and within a 10-mile radius. Ensure there is adequate parking space at your location. 

 

Payments 

  • Payments are processed online through our website at the time of booking. 

  • Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy 

  • Cancellations or amendments are not permitted within 72 hours of your booking. 

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of the treatment cost.

Mobile Beauty Etiquette 

Your beautician may arrive up to 10 minutes early to set up. 

To ensure the best possible service, please arrange a suitable space that is free from distractions and provides ample room for the treatment to be carried out efficiently. 

 

Gift Vouchers 

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

  • Please use the code from the gift voucher at the time of booking on our website.

Pamper Parties and Packages 

  • Pamper parties and wedding packages are customised, and quotes are provided at the business owner’s discretion. 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. 

 

Pricing 

  • We operate with ethical and transparent pricing. No discounts are offered. 

  • Prices are fixed to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients. 

 

Parking and Space for Treatments 

  • Clients are responsible for providing or advising on parking arrangements. 

  • If a suitable space for the treatment is unavailable, an alternative may be suggested or the appointment rescheduled. 

 

Medical Conditions 

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or breastfeeding status at the time of booking. 

  • A thorough consultation will be conducted before the treatment. If a condition precludes a treatment, an alternative may be offered. 

 

Age Restrictions 

  • Treatments will not be carried out on individuals under the age of 16. 

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the treatment. 

 

Skin Tests 

  • Skin tests must be carried out 48 hours prior to any lift or tinting treatments for those having the treatment for the first time.

Data Security 

  • Client information collected during consultations will be kept confidential and secure. 

  • If you prefer not to receive information about promotions and events, please inform us.
